I was never looking for a house in Bangalore, but reachability and large luxury 2BHK flats forced me for a consideration.
Nearby upcoming metro stations, frequent buses to all parts of the city, Gopalan being a reputed builder, customer feedback etc. are few of the other facts that helped me to lock the deal.
I would also say the peripheral of the site is quite open having no high raised building. Having a big college and villas on both sides keeps it free for ample free sunlight and fresh air all the time.
